To start, use the brow gel’s wand to apply color to your brows in short, upward strokes to fluff and shape your brows into place. Follow up by filling in space areas with the brow pencil’s precision tip using fine, small strokes.

Pro tip: avoid a mess by making sure your brow gel is completely dry before going in to add definition with the pencil.

Should I use brow gel before or after the brow pencil?
