Clean beauty pioneer, Shirley Pinkson Mañas brings 30+ years of beauty experience to the table. Finding her passion for beauty early in her career, Shirley held key leadership positions at prestigious corporations, ranging from MAC Cosmetics to NARS. Shirley is most renowned for co-founding and leading product development and education for clean beauty brand Well People, which has raised the standard for high-performance, plant-powered and cruelty free beauty since 2008. Well People was acquired by e.l.f. Beauty in 2020. Shirley currently heads education for e.l.f.’s multi-brand portfolio: e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN,Keys Soulcare and Well People. Her uncanny ability to story-tell and convey the spirit of a brand keeps her energy ignited and her senses sharpened. Shirley currently resides in New Canaan, Connecticut with her wife, son and dog.
