Well People eCommerce Purchases: Not to worry brave beauty, we include a return label with each order. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can use the same package our products arrive in just attach the USPS return label and put that in your outgoing mail. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation, as well as your request (ie return, exchange, etc). If you are unable to locate those documents, please write your name, order number, product information, and request (ie return, exchange). Samples and the original shipping fee is not refundable. Well People offers the Bio Tint Moisturizer with SPF 30 along with Lip Butter SPF 15 Tinted Balm and all other complexion basics offer a protection range of +/- SPF 10. Please note that we do not recommend relying on your makeup for sun protection.
