Reporting, Coaching and Communication Tools
You will have access to clear reporting, coaching and communication tools to facilitate one-on-one coaching and follow up, as well as aggregate reporting company-wide or by demographic groups. Track the frequency of employees’ use of the 12 Resource Centers, My Wellness Journal, Action Plan, and Self-Study Center. This helps to adjust engagement with reminders, incentives, recognition, and rewards to maximize participation and motivation.
Demographic Aggregate Reports
You can run aggregate reports on all employees who have taken the assessment while maintaining total confidentiality for each person. This report provides a snapshot profile and change-readiness profile in each of 12 wellness dimensions. The reports can also be run with demographic variables with single and multiple variables: list each one with bullets. As an option, we offer full customization to meet your reporting needs.
Individual Employee Reports (optional)
Designated staff or wellness coaches will have access to individual employee assessment results, wellness plans and a test comparison feature. Employee privacy is protected - each person can share results only with their permission. These features facilitate 1-on-1 wellness coaching if that is part of a comprehensive worksite wellness program.
Participation Tracking
Engagement Tracking monitors individual use of action plans, journals and resource centers for each of 12 dimensions, and study guide. You can adjust your communications outreach, recognition and incentives based on engagement with these tools (while the actual content of each tool remains confidential to the employee.)
Virtual and On-site Coaching
Our Wellness Coach Network can provide ongoing on-site and virtual wellness support for individual employees who may have higher risk factors.

In addition to improved wellbeing and lower healthcare costs, engaged employees stay with their current employers at a rate of 85% versus 27% according to a study by BlessingWhite (2008). Average total shareholder return is 24% for organizations in which 60 to 70% of employees rate themselves as engaged, versus only 9% for lower engagement levels.

Custom Resource Centers
Each of the 12 dimensions has a Resource Center. For example, Movement can have local yoga studios and workplace pilates classes as well as DVDs and books. Or, if your workplace is going to have a local speaker or a special workshop for nutrition, that can be put in the Resource Center for the Eating dimension. Populating the Resource Center is included in the basic package. It's one great way to keep employees actively engaged.
As one option, you can even have items such as books branded with your logo. If you have partners that provide programs or products, they can be featured in the Resource Center. We can provide populated centers so you don't need to do anything, or you can customize as much as you want. To learn about Custom Resource Centers, click here.

"The Wellness Inventory is a refreshing approach after years of "strictly by the numbers" HRAs that tell you how old you ought to be or why you are not already dead. Intuitive in its approach, the Wellness Inventory results seem to have a knack for describing the strengths and weaknesses of the participant in a way that is both informative and educational.
